Rubin-era AI infrastructure puts fluid-path interfaces in focus
As rack-scale infrastructure moves further toward liquid cooling, manifolds, pipe modules, CDU interfaces, cleanliness and test documentation need to be confirmed earlier.

Why the shift matters
For fabrication teams, the practical consequence of denser liquid-cooled infrastructure is a more visible physical interface chain. Manifolds, pipe modules, valves, quick disconnects, CDU-side connections, labels and test records all need to stay tied to the released project package.
Manufacturing-side checklist
Released drawing, model, BOM, sample or interface sketch
Material, wall thickness, wetted-material notes and surface finish
Branch count, pitch, supply and return identification, and endpoint orientation
Cleaning, drying, capping, labels, protected packing and the customer test protocol
Chelsey scope
Chelsey supports the fabrication side of the project: confirmed stainless manifolds, prefabricated pipe modules and connection assemblies. System architecture, CDU selection, cold plates, controls and final acceptance remain customer or integrator responsibilities.
